Yoga helps me defeat writers block!

I guess it's exactly the same principle that you have mentioned with your swimming. I find that when I am going through my yoga moves, I can totally clear my mind of anything else - domestic worries, financial pressures and what I am making for dinner! It's luxurious 'me time' and it sets me up well for my writing.

I'm a busy mom with a part-time job and I write articles online for extra cash for our family, so I have to be in a position to write fluently every time I sit at the keyboard. My yoga helps me to achieve this and banishes the dreaded writers block completely!
