Thank You Scheme at Work

We are thinking about setting up a staff recognition scheme - a simple way of saying 'thank you' to employees for going the extra mile.

Can you give me any pointers on how to start with this. We know that financial reward is not always the answer and our staff are telling us that some people simply don't say thank you enough!
